Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Fiyoli, we take pride in our handcrafted products. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please email us at fiyoliart@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may choose to return the product after delivery (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Policy
- Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5 to 7 working days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
